What data we collect
For comparison we do not ask you for personal data and you fill in no application form with us. We collect your email address only if you subscribe to the newsletter. Our server records visits and redirects for security, aggregate measurement and commission attribution. Google Ads may receive cookieless technical signals when storage is declined; analytics identifiers, personalization and remarketing remain disabled until consent. Comparison preferences may also be kept locally in the browser.
Purpose of processing
To provide comparisons and connect you with the chosen lender. We do not sell your data.

Optional SMS messages
If you choose the monthly SMS selection, we store the phone number in encrypted form, language, signup source, consent time and code confirmation. The IP address is converted into a non-reversible identifier to limit abuse. The number does not enter the messaging list before confirmation and is kept separate from loan application data.
The technical provider is sendSMS.ro. We send no more than one message per month only to people who ticked consent and confirmed their number. Withdrawing consent stops future messages.
