The service
Kreditano provides a free comparison service. The information shown is indicative; final conditions are set by each lender.
Nature of the Service — Comparison and Introduction Only
1. Kreditano is an independent comparison platform. The Service consists exclusively of presenting publicly available information about credit products of third-party creditors and enabling the User to navigate, via links, to the website of the relevant creditor.
2. Kreditano’s activity is limited to merely introducing the User to creditors. Kreditano does not: (a) accept, complete, process or transmit credit applications; (b) collect or process Users’ application data; (c) conclude credit agreements or act on behalf of any creditor; (d) perform any preparatory or pre-contractual administrative work in respect of credit agreements; (e) provide financial advice, personal recommendations or advisory services of any kind.
3. The entire application process, the creditworthiness assessment and the conclusion of any credit agreement take place exclusively on the creditor’s website and under the creditor’s sole responsibility. The final terms of any credit are determined solely by the creditor.
4. Kreditano is not a bank, credit institution or lender. Kreditano may receive remuneration from certain creditors for redirecting Users to their websites; The default order of offers is based on the APR; based on commercial agreements between Kreditano and certain creditors, these may occupy higher positions in the list. The full methodology is described on the page “How we order the offers”. The user can always sort the offers strictly by APR.
5. All information presented on the Service is derived from creditors’ public materials, is provided for informational purposes only, and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of applicable civil law.
Responsibility
The decision to take a product is yours. Kreditano is not a party to the contract between you and the lender and does not guarantee approval.

The Kreditano service is operated by Westend Consulting Ltd, a company registered in Malta, registration no. C 113523, with registered office at THE CORE, Triq il-Wied ta' l-Imsida, Msida, MSD 9021, Malta.
