BSG Credit is promoted as a fast option, but a useful decision starts with the legal form of the product.

The lender is BSG CREDIT IFN S.A., and the reviewed product is a short-term loan repaid at maturity. Speed and the maximum limit do not prove suitability.

We checked the product page and available public documents on 2026-09-22. Numeric costs are shown with the catalogue's last verification date.

The personal offer, SECCI sheet and signed agreement take priority if values change.

Short answer

The new-customer promotion can cost zero only when every condition and the due date are met. A repeat loan changes the cost sharply and needs a separate comparison.

Product being compared

The published range is 200–1.000 lei, and the product is a short-term loan repaid at maturity. The relevant period is 5–30 days.

Approved limit, amount drawn and balance due are separate figures; charges follow the mechanism in the agreement.

Published cost and its meaning

For a first loan of 1,000 lei over 10 days, the published example shows 0% and a total of 1,000 lei.

For a second loan of 1,000 lei over 30 days it shows 1% per day, 2,397.65% APR and 1,300 lei total; from the third loan, the example shows 0.75% per day and 1,225 lei total.

Reading a minimum payment

A minimum payment may cover interest and only part of principal. Ask for a schedule or balance statement for every due date.

Record the remaining principal, the day's interest and the amount needed to close the balance in full.

Eligibility and documents

Published criteria include online identification, income checks and application assessment; approval is not guaranteed. Meeting them permits assessment and does not guarantee approval. The lender may check income and history and request additional information.

Application, decision and transfer

Apply only on the official domain. Before confirming, check the lender identity, requested amount, payment account and received documents. Any promised decision or transfer time remains subject to checks and processing hours.

Early repayment

For early repayment, request the exact balance for the payment date and closure instructions. A normal payment may not close a reusable facility when the agreement requires a separate request. Keep the confirmation and check for a zero balance.

Late payment

If you cannot pay on time, contact the lender before maturity and request principal, interest, late charges and the new date in writing. An extension may change the deadline, but should not be assumed to reduce the cost.

Legal protection

Law 243/2024 caps total costs for certain Romanian NBFI consumer loans. The ceiling is protection, not a recommended price. Exact application depends on amount and contract; use the documents and official channels in a dispute.

A fair comparison

Compare the same amount and full repayment date with at least one alternative. Put total repayment, APR, optional charges and the effect of delay side by side. A first-use promotion does not describe the cost of repeated borrowing.

Safety checks

Never send a password, SMS code or full card details through messages. Start at the official website, check the legal name in the agreement and avoid intermediaries requesting an advance fee. Kreditano does not collect application documents.

Editorial verdict

The new-customer promotion can cost zero only when every condition and the due date are met. A repeat loan changes the cost sharply and needs a separate comparison. Compare fast loans and personal loans first. Kreditano may earn a commission after a tracked click; this does not change the contract cost.

Choosing the amount

Start with the actual expense rather than the 200–1.000 lei limit. A larger limit can encourage repeated drawings. Request only the shortfall that cannot be covered another way and retain enough money for ordinary expenses during repayment.

Budget test

Write down net income, essential spending and every instalment up to the closure date. Deduct the BSG Credit payment before treating money as available for other purchases. If the result is negative or depends on another loan, the scenario is not sustainable.

Repeated use

A reusable product or another application may feel easier after the first approval. The next use can cost differently from the introductory promotion. Recheck interest, APR, charges and total every time instead of copying figures from the previous agreement.

Proof of payment

Use the beneficiary account and reference shown in the agreement or official account. Save the payment order and lender confirmation. If posting is delayed, send proof through the official channel and request confirmation of the date on which it was allocated.

Complaints and data correction

Begin with a written complaint to BSG CREDIT IFN S.A., including the agreement number and relevant documents. Ask for a response and detailed calculation. If unresolved, keep the file for the appropriate legal channel; a public review does not replace a documented complaint.

Limits of this review

We cannot predict approval, a personal limit or the cost issued after assessment. Exact transfer time is not guaranteed either. This review explains public documents and comparison risks without access to your file and without representing the lender.

When an alternative fits better

For borrowing over several months, also request a bank simulation with amortising instalments. For difficulty with an existing loan, discuss restructuring before taking another NBFI loan. If the expense can wait, avoiding the borrowing cost is the lowest-risk alternative.

Using the SECCI sheet as a control

Read the standard sheet before the agreement, not after receiving funds. Check that amount, term, APR and total match the application screen. Save the received version; if the offer changes, request an explanation and updated document before signing.

Daily interest in money

A daily percentage can look small in isolation. Convert it into lei for your balance and a realistic number of days, then add every charge. Compare the result with the published total without extending an introductory promotion across the whole term.

Withdrawal right and cancelling an application

Read separately the rules for withdrawing from an agreement, cancelling an unpaid application and closing a line after repayment. They are different situations. Request written instructions and do not assume deleting an application or paying the balance automatically ends the contractual relationship.

Personal data and identity checks

An NBFI may request identification and income verification. Submit data only through the lender's secure form and check the domain. Do not upload documents through a link from an unknown profile and never allow remote access to your phone or computer.

After the final payment

Download payment proof, request confirmation of a zero balance and retain the agreement with its schedule. For a reusable line, ask explicitly whether the facility remains active. Confirmation that money was received is not always confirmation that the agreement was closed.

How sources are used

Product terms and cost examples come from the lender's page. Legal identity is checked against the NBR register and statutory limits against the text on Romania's Legislative Portal. Anonymous comments do not support figures, and an advertised amount is not presented as a personal offer.

Final check before signing

Read the lender name, amount received, total cost, APR, due dates, late charges and withdrawal right. Open every attachment before electronic signature. Save the documents locally and stop if the total or payment calendar is unclear.

For BSG I separate the first-loan promotion from the cost of later applications. The same brand can produce very different totals according to customer status.
